Eric Seppala
sang, danced and acted his way though childhood, growing up in
the San Francisco Bay Area. A degree in Theater Arts led him to
the University of California at Irvine.
In addition to
acting both onstage and in front of the camera, Eric’s love of
music has brought him into many different areas of the arts. He
toured with Debbie Reynolds, The Crew Cuts and The Four Tones,
was a member of the Grammy nominated L.A. Jazz Choir, recorded
singing
and speaking voices for the animated version of Oliver Twist
for French television and has also been in featured in various
failed TV pilots, low budget films, recordings and local theater
productions.
Throughout the
90’s Eric wrote and performed the
satirical Terry and
Eric shows alongside writing partner Terry Larson. His
critically
acclaimed solo cabaret and one man shows have been seen at The
Cinegrill, The Dresden, The1020 Club, and the legendary Rose
Tattoo. In 2001, the Celebration Theater invited him to stage
his cabaret show as a theatrical event entitled “Eric Seppala is
Who?”.
The new
millennium found Eric honing his acting skills with Fran Montano
at the Actor's Workout Studio and four of his one act plays were
produced in the North Hollywood theater district. He has
recurring roles in the web-series The NoHo Show (PGA Winner) and
Shrinking Characters (Webby Award winner).
